OUR SHIPPING POLICY

 

Our order fulfillment team is second to none, ensuring that all of your purchases are shipped in a consistent manner. We ship out TWICE a week on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS. That means if your order is placed Tuesday-Thursday it will be shipped out on Friday and orders placed Friday-Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

 

Minshara Minerals is located in Portland, Oregon, so how long it takes from there depends on which method of shipping you choose, and how close you are to Oregon. In Oregon, it's usually the next day. Lighter, smaller shipments within the United States are sent via INSURED USPS PRIORITY MAIL unless otherwise specified.

 

Larger, heavier shipments are shipped via UPS. Valuable orders may be sent via REGISTERED MAIL, which will add a few extra days, or by FEDEX. Oversized purchases may be charged more depending on weight. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED. Orders under $500.00 US will be sent via USPS First Class International AIRMAIL, unless otherwise specified. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED. We will assume responsibility for loss or damage to packages en route for courier-tracked or registered shipments only. Orders in excess of $500.00 US will be sent via USPS Express Mail or FEDEX, unless otherwise specified. We will assume full liability for shipments sent by couriers in this recommended manner.

 

Please note that shipping and product delivery time is only an estimated time provided by the USPS or selected courier, and that actual time could vary due to custom clearance and the efficiency of foreign delivery service.

OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN PROMISE

 

The thing is, we know that buying crystals and products online can be challenging, especially when you can't hold or touch them before you buy. We want you to be happy with your purchases from Minshara Minerals, and promise to take care of you if you're not satisfied for any reason. Don't worry, if you're unhappy with your purchase, or have a  problem with one of our pieces because of defect, then send it back within 7 days after receipt of order for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. It's as simple as that!

 

1. Just contact us via our contact page, or email us at info@minsharaminerals.com, and we'll tell you how to return it.

2. Tell us your name, order number, and item number that you wish to return.

3. We will email you a return authorization.

4. Your return will be refunded, credited, or exchanged (as directed) within 5 days of return receipt.

 

Returned items may be sent back to us via any method, but must be packed in the original condition and packaging as received.  Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable, so all refunds will be for the amount of the purchase only. Returns that do not conform to these guidelines are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All product sold by weight will be verified.
